Everyone has stress in their life.  It could be over money, family problems, medical issues.  But everyone also needs to learn how to deal with it.  Journaling is a great way to get rid of stress.  Here is how you can journal to relieve stress.

  1. Find a notebook and a pen.

  2. Find a quiet place to journal.

  3. Make sure you have enough time to journal where you will not be interrupted.  Make sure you are comfortable.

  4. Date the entry and then let your thoughts flow onto the paper.  Do not worry about spelling or grammar as it is not important.  It is just important to get your thoughts onto paper.
