How to Journal for Stress Relief
Everyone has stress in their life. It could be over money, family problems, medical issues. But everyone also needs to learn how to deal with it. Journaling is a great way to get rid of stress. Here is how you can journal to relieve stress.
Find a notebook and a pen.
Find a quiet place to journal.
Make sure you have enough time to journal where you will not be interrupted. Make sure you are comfortable.
Date the entry and then let your thoughts flow onto the paper. Do not worry about spelling or grammar as it is not important. It is just important to get your thoughts onto paper.

I agree with the concept of a journal. There are so many ways of dealing with stress other than frequently prescribed drugs. I worked like an adrenaline junkie for 20 years without problem and then bang – started having serious panic attacks. I started running which is great to get rid of excess adrenaline and got myself a yamaha-digital-piano because I was told that learning a musical instrument is therapeutic. This is so true – you are really forced to take your mind off other things and the connection with music is really calming.

Actually, I’ve been journaling for a long, long time, and now I have like 20 single-subject
notebooks full of writing (and a bit of poetry). That’s at least one former tree. So beware:
eventually you may not know what to do with all the stuff you’ve written. Guess I have some
shredding to do…
