If you need the shipment number but only have a delivery number, here is how to find it.

Find the Shipment number from Delivery Number in SAP

  1. Login to SAP

  2. Execute t-code VL03N – Display Outbound Delivery

  3. Enter the delivery number and press enter

  4. Click the Document Flow (or press F7) button on the navigational menu in the SAP Outb Std Delivery Overview

  5. The line starting with Shipment followed by a number is your Shipment Number, it should have a Shipment ended as the Status
