It may necessary for you to determine the last time a single user in SAP has logged into the SAP system. This guide will show you how to identify when the last time a single user has logged into the system. If you need to produce a list of users that have not logged in to SAP in so many days, please follow this guide.

In order for this guide to work, you will need access to transaction RSUSR200

Get the Last Logon Date and Time of a Single User in SAP

  1. Login to SAP

  2. Execute transaction RSUSR200
    > Alternatively, this can be found in SUIM under UserBy Logon Date and Password Change

  3. Enter the Username in User on “List of Users According to Logon Date and Password Change” (RSUR200)

  4. Click Execute

  5. You will now see a screen that details logon and password information about the user you entered. You can view the last logon date and time in the bottom table:

Alternative SE16 Method

You can also use SE16 to browse the user table and view this information. Follow these steps:

  1. Execute transaction SE16

  2. Enter table  USR02 and Click Table Contents (upper left)

  3. Enter the username of the user in BNAME

  4. Click Execute

  5. TRDAT and LTIME is the last login date and time of the user
